Obituary of Helen MacMurray

MacMurray Helen Jane, passed away peacefully in her home on April 25, 2024 in her 92nd year. Dear mother of David (Stephanie) MacMurray of Whitby and Melanie MacMurray of Port Dover. Much loved grandmother of Rachel (Frank), Daniel (Devon Turner), Melissa (Colin) and Kaitlyn (Niall). Beloved great grandmother of Aria. Predeceased by her husband Peter, brother Ralph and parents Norris and Jean. Peter and Helen built a seasonal cottage in the 1950's on family property on the shores of Lake Erie, then rebuilt a 4-season Lakehouse when retiring to Port Dover. Helen was a longtime member of the Marburg Women's Institute, served in the Altar Guild at St. Paul's Anglican Church, was a member of Tops and Past Lady Commodore of the Port Dover Yacht Club.
